Alline Turner

Ms. Alline Turner was born on February 17, 1936 in Brooks County
to the late James DOC Turner & Willie Ma Cannady Turner.
She attended Brooks County School and started working at an early
age. She was a seamstress and could make anything you ask her to
make. She worked at C & D sewing factory in Adel, Ga where she
retired from in 1988, Alline loved people and birds, She didn’t meet
any Strangers. and would hold a conversation with anyone he came
into contact with. Alline has a chicken coop where she raised &
caters to her birds. loved dearly, she has peacocks (pretty birds),
roosters, hens, geese, pigeons, ducks & goats until she got rid of
them. She attended & joined Hayes Chapel Baptist Church in
Barney Ga, she was a faithful member until her health failed. She
loved the life she lived & lived the life she li=oved. In 1976, she was
blessed with her 1st grandchild Shamika Turner Symore. She raised
her as if she was her own along with her mother Willie Mae.
Alline leaves to cherish her everlasting memories with two loving
children Donald Turner & Gail Turner both of Adel, Ga. & Shirley
Turner of Sparks Ga.
She raised three children as her own, the late Sandra Ward of
Augusta Ga, Morris Ward (Sandy) Waynesboro Ga, Claretha Ward
of Fayetteville NC, Five grandchildren Mrs. Shamika Seymore
(Roshawn) of Adel Ga, Kelvin Birdine (Pam) of Las Vegas NV,
Donald Turner Jr of Adel Ga, Adrienne Byrd (Leroy) of Tifton Ga, &
LeeShawn Turner of Adel, Ga. Twelve great grands & one special
niece Mrs. Isabella Sumlin (Stephon) along with one living sibling
Mr. James Turner Sr of Tifton Ga .
She is preceded in death by Wilbert Turner, Geneva Turner, Viola
Turner Locke, Geraldine Turner Chandler, Willie J. Turner, Katie
Turner Jacobs & Charlie M. Turner. Lots of special friends that were
dear to her heart too many to name & a host of lovely nieces,
nephews, & neighbors that she all loved dearly.
