Chance Amir Ewings, 16, Valdosta, GA, passed away on October 12, 2024.
Chance was born in Tifton, GA, the son of Tiffany Ewings and Michael Shane Taylor Sr.
Chance attended Tift County public schools until he attended high school. He was a Freshman at Valdosta High School. He enjoyed gaming, track, and football.
Remaining to cherish Chance memory are his parents Tiffany Ewings and Michael Shane Taylor Sr.; god- parents Courtney Shurrod and Tashiba Holloway; his grandparents Johnny and Linda Simon, Mary Taylor, and Michael Shane Brown; his siblings Summer Ewings, Nacara Mccant, Tayshaun Griffin, Payton Ewings, Katlyen Taylor, and Michael Shane Taylor Jr.; god- sisters Danyale and Yashira Holloway; his aunts and uncles Lawarren Bell Sr. (Sheryl), Anthony Ewings, Quent Brown (Amanda), Willie Mills, Danielle Ransom, Shikeria Grant, Xavier Taylor, Johnny Simon Jr., Shardae Nelson, Kenyorey Nelson, Quintessa Taylor, Iyawna Grant, Janavia Grant, Vanity Nelson, and Jaylen Ewings; and niece Autum Grier.
Preceding Chance in death are his grandfather Anthony Ewings; great- grandmothers Lula Mae Johnson and Emma Swain; great-grandfathers Robert Swain and James Butler.
