Charlie Mae Rowe-Thomas, 66 of Valdosta, GA was called home on
Monday, February 26, 2024. She was born in Valdosta, GA on
September 12, 1957 to the late Mr. LC Rowe, Sr., and Inez (Stuart)
Rowe.
Charlie Mae attended Lowndes County Public Schools. She became a
stay at home mother raising her 5 children. She really enjoyed doing
puzzles in her spare time, as well as hanging out at home. If you really
knew Charlie Mae you knew she enjoyed the at home life, she did not
care to be out and about. She was not a woman of too many words but
when she spoke best believe she meant what she said. She loved on
those who loved on her simply put.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Inez and father, LC; brothers,
James Rowe and Freddy Rowe; sister, Willene Rowe-James and two
grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her dedicated loving husband of 44
years, Walter Thomas, Sr., of Valdosta, GA; three sons, Jermaine
(Jamane) Rowe of Hahira, Walter (Carlos) Hodge, Jr., of Kathleen, GA
