Sergeant David Morrison was born July 4, 1953, in Adel (Cook County), Georgia to the late Clifford Morrison and Beatrice Morrison. Deacon Morrison attended public schools in Miami, Florida. He attended Mays Middle School and South Dade Sr. High School. He later entered the United States Army where he retired in 1992, after many years of service. He earned many awards and accolades while in service. He accepted Christ at an early age. He was a faithful and devoted member at Freedom Worship Baptist Church in Lenox, Georgia where he served as a Deacon and an accountant. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. In 1974, David united in holy matrimony with his wife, Mae Frances "Doll Baby" Jackson. Along with his wife, he is survived by 3 Daughters: Sherika Morrison of Lenox, Georgia, Alexis Morrison of Miami, Florida; and Larosa Morrison of Lenox, Georgia; GRANCHILDREN: Jacquira Foxx, Ralph Foxx Jr., Diavian Morrison, Samaria Kendrick, Amari Kendrick, Ta'Kysia Jones, Ja'Siri Scavella, Jamaya Pressley and Skyler Morrison; 8 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN, 6 Nephews, 2 Godchildren, Melissa Haddley of Lenox, Georgia and Brooklyn Rentz of Lenox, Georgia; 2 SISTERS, Essie Morrison of Lenox, Georgia; Felicia (Timothy) Kee of Palatka, Florida; SPECIAL FRIEND, Linda Deshazer of Tifton, Georgia; and a host of other relatives and friends
