Born in Lanier County on a Wednesday, Deacon Clenzy J. Miller’s life was marked by a spirit of dedication and service. He not only excelled in his professional career but also committed himself wholeheartedly in his faith and community.

From a young age, Deacon Miller demonstrated a strong work ethic, which led him to Nashville Mills, where he became a respected figure. His expertise in welding and machinery reflected his craftmanship and ingenuity, making him a valuable asset to his workplace over the decades. The numerous awards he received were a testament to his hard work and commitment to excellence.

As a member of St. Paul COGIC, Deacon Miller was a vital part to the church community. His roles were not merely titles; he actively engaged in church activities, guiding and mentoring others. As Sunday School Superintendent, he influenced many young minds and helped foster their spiritual growth. His leadership in the annual “Men in Black” program showcased his ability to bring people together, creating a sense of brotherhood and purpose among the men of the church.
