Elizabeth Williams was born on January 20, 1923, in Wilcox County to the late Jack Anderson and Catherine Anderson. She was a woman of strength, grace, and unwavering faith, dedicating her life to her family and her community.
Elizabeth received her education in Wilcox County and later joined Zion Wal Free Wil Baptist Church ni Nashville, Georgia, where she remained a faithful member.
She was united in marriage to the late Eddie Lee Williams, with whom she built a life filled with love and devotion. Together, they shared many cherished moments until his passing.
On January 24, 2025, at the Berrien County SGMC Campus in Nashville, Georgia, Elizabeth Williams peacefully transitioned from this life to eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, five beloved children -Thomas Everett, Walter Everett, Queen Everett, Willie
Everett, and Claretha Williams-as well as two grandchildren.
Though she has departed from this earthly life, Elizabeth's legacy of love. kindness, and wisdom will live on throuch those she leaves behind. She is survived by her devoted children: Leroy Everett of Nashville, GA; Eddie Everett of St. Petersburg, FL; Bobby Everett and Jerry L. Williams of Nashville. GA: Andy Williams of Sparks, GA; and Jeanette Riley
(Darrell) of Nashville, GA.
She also leaves behind two loving daughters-in-law, Dorothy Everett of St. Petersburg, FL, and Gloria Everett of Nashville, GA, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Many cherished cousins and dear friends, who considered her as a mother and loving confidante, wil forever hold her in their hearts.
Elizabeth Williams lived a life full of faith, love, and dedication to her family. She touched the lives of many and wil be deeply missed but never forgotten.
