Gary Hunt Sr.

Mr. Gary Hunt Sr.  known to many as “G Hunt’ who moved to Moultrie, Georgia, from Adel transitioned to eternal life, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength. He is preceded in death by his devoted parents, David Nesbit  and Annie Vester Carnegie-Hunt 

Born in Hartford, Connecticut, Gary was a proud graduate of Hartford High School where he was All City and State Football and Basketball player. He dedicated many years to the construction business, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. He was a loving father to his cherished sons, Gary Hunt, Jr. and Quentin Stafford, and his beloved daughters, Latoya Frederick, Shareen Batchelor, and Ta’nia Johnson. He leaves one aunt Annye Cornelius and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Gary was a man who deeply loved his family and friends, always putting their needs above his own. His warm spirit and infectious laughter will be greatly missed by all who knew him. .

Rest in peace, Gary. Your love and kindness will remain in our hearts forever.
