Keon Kareem Ashley was born on May 28, 1979, in Alderson, West Virgina to his. loving parents, Selma Ashley & William Trody. "Key4" as he liked to be call was educated in the Miami Dade County Public School System graduating from Miami Edison Senior High School in 1998.
Keon was very active in school. He played various sports such as basketball and football, which he had great love for the Florida Gators & the Baltimore Ravens. Key4 also took his talents to the stage as an up-and-coming Comedian. He was the all-time jokester of the family.
Anytime that Keon entered the room he always had a joke or two to tell especially about his former team, the Miami Dolphins. He dedicated a lot of his time with various Optimus leagues in the community. Coach Keon played a major role for a lot of the youth in the community. Which is why he was so great in his career as a Mental Health Technician.
Keon was introduced to Christ at an early age, he fellowshipped throughout his life at First Church of Deliverance of Miami, Fl under the leadership of Apostle Cora Cato. Then he renewed his faith in God joined prayer at Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Senior Pastor Wayne G.
Mason. In 2023 Keon found his way back to Greater First Church of Deliverance under the leadership of Pastor Shirley Fennell.
We, the Ashley Family, knew that Keon was not ours to keep, but was loaned to us by the grace of Our Heavenly Father. We are truly not questioning your work Father, because we are grateful for the years you loaned him to us. We also understood that you will return to your will with no warning, no promises and no bargaining. Father, you have allowed our family to develop a true family bond, and these memories will be cherished forever and ever.
ON April 3, 2025, Key4 made his peace with Our Heavenly Father and said his last goodbye.
