Lillie Mae Keeley

Mrs. Lillie Mae Keeley was born in Cuthbert, GA on January 22, 1939 to the late Mr. John
Henry Stanford and Mrs. Lucille Stanford. She departed this life on October 25, 2023 at her
residence.

Mrs. Lillie received her education at the Cook County Training
School. She was a faithful member of New Prospect Baptist Church of
Adel, GA where she served on the Usher Board and also served as
Secretary. Lillie was also a member of Economy Club 18 for over 50
years and a member of Pansy Chapter 119.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. John Henry Stanford
and Mrs. Lucille Stanford; her husband, Mr. Willie J. Keeley; three
children, Mrs. Angelia Pettigrew, Mr. Paul L. Keeley and Mrs. Pamela
Burrough; two sisters, Mrs. Josie Mae Holmes and Mrs. Johnnie Bell
Stanford; four brothers, Mr. Willie L. Stanford, Mr. Benjamin
Stanford Mr. Nathaniel Stanford, and Mr. Earnest Stanford.

She leaves to cherish her memories four daughters, Erica and Inetra Stanford of Adel, GA,
Stacy Holman and Angelia Keeley of Jacksonville, FL; five sons, Michael Stanford and
Stephone Stanford of Adel, GA, Anthony (Risa) Stanford of Elkridge, Maryland, Adrie (Linda)
Stanford of Barwick, GA and Ronnie (Kelly) Wilson of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Mrs.
Gloria J. Smith of Albany, GA; one brother, Lorenzo Stanford of Adel, GA; one sister-in-law,
Mrs. Shelva Dean Keely-Roberts of Sparks, GA; 22 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a
host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
