MRS. LOUVERN "LOU" JONES was born on April 12, 1929, in Americus, Georgia to the late Isaac Cheatum and Millie Cheatum. She went home to be with the Lord on October 27,2022. She married the late Thomas Jones and to this union three children were born: Millie Marie, Ethel Louise, and Mary Ann. LOUVERIN was a trophy of God's grace. She was dearly loved by so many people. She was a caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. She moved to Valrico, Fl to be with her daughter where she enjoyed watching soap operas, Gunsmoke, and Bonanza. She treasured her final days with her daughter, before leaving her earthly temple and going home to be with Jesus. She leaves to cherish her memories 2 DAUGHTERS: Millie Marie Miller of Rancho Cucamonga, Ca and Mary Ann Hamilton (Charles) of Valrico, Fl; 7 GRANCHILDREN: Jackqueline Johnson, Colly Evitt Miller, Tonya Miller, Joseph Turner Jr., Zandra Gadsden, Tandra Ayankoya, and a very SPECIAL GRANDSON, whom she raised as her son and called her "Mama" Shannon Jones; 26 GRANDCHILDREN; 17 GREAT-GREAT GRANDCHILDREN; GOD DAUGHTER, Lois Collins; a very SPECIAL NIECE, Earnestine Howard; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
