Qwamaine " Bam" Lewis was born to Jalis Lewis and Freddie C.

Lewis Ill on January 28, 2007 in Palatka, Fla. He was a loving son, brother and friend. He completed school at Soar Academy.

Qwamaine was a kind & gentle person who loved to laugh and have fun. No matter what the situation, he would make light of it.

He had an outgoing spirit that touched the lives of many, especially his family and friends whom he loved dearly.

He leaves to cherish his memory and continue his life his remaining siblings: Sy Mabry Jr, Adyn Lewis, Devonte Lewis, Zacorey Zellner, Michael Lewis, Jayla Lewis and HarlymLewis.

Grandparents: Thomas Henderson IV, Linda Lewis, Melissa ( Freddie ) Roberts, and Thomas Henderson Ill (Janette).

Uncles: Antonio Lewis, Neco Wright and Richard Curry. Aunts:

Danielle Lewis, Chandris Lewis, Destiny Barron, Shanise White, Shavon Pearce, Angela Cooper, Monique Smith, Shamiah Jones, Richay (Malik) Curry & Genesha (William) Wilson.
