Richard "Fish" Adkins was born on September 26, 1971, at Adel MemorialHospital in Adel, Georgia. A true Adel native, Fish grew up in the heart of the community and attended Cook High School, where he was known for his talent.
Fish had a special interest for art and writing, and he loved to draw, watch movies, and listen t o music. His imagination and passion made him one-of-a-kind spirit. Whether he was cracking a joke or quietly working on-something creative, Fish always brought a sense of ease, laughter, and love
wherever h e went.He was known for being hard working, kind-hearted, and full of humor.His ability to lift spirits and make others smile will never be forgotten.Richard is preceded in passing by loved ones, but his memory will live on
through those he cherished most. He is survived by his loving parents,Katie Ruth Damon and Willie B. Adkins; his only daughter and pride and joy, Jessica Latrice Adkins; and his brother, Ricky Lamar Adkins and a-host of cherished nieces and nephews.Fish's extended family includes his aunties and uncles: Latherine & RobertL. Jackson, Martha & Larry Birdine, Janice & Earl Jackson, Wallace &Annette Adkins, James E. & Diane Adkins, & James Spencer. He also leaves behind countless cousins, family members, and friends who will
deeply miss his presence.Though we mourn his passing, we celebrate the memories, laughter, and love he shared. His legacy lives on in every heart he touched.
