On November 12, 2024, God chose a precious flower,
Tammy L. Cooper, to come to her heavenly home. Tammy
was born on November 23, 1962, to the late Frances

Brooklin and the late Frank Hope, Sr.
(Tammy was married to Gary Cooper).

Family members who preceded Tammy in death are: Her
loving mother, Frances Brooklin, and father, Frank Hope, Sr.
Siblings/maternal side: Mammie Lee Williams, Merlene
Scurry, and Charles Brooklin. Siblings/paternal side: Frances

Brown, Kenneth Hope, and Sabrina Hope.

Tammy leaves to cherish her sweet memories: Her children,
Frederick Cooper, and Felisha Cooper, along with their dear
father, Fred Jackson. Siblings/maternal side: Arlene
Morrison, Gwendolyn Clark (Gene), Willie Brooklin,
(Elizabeth), Mattie Fluitt (Jerome), and Wesley Jerome
Brooklin (Cynthia). Siblings/paternal side: Carol Johnson,
Frank Hope Jr. , and Stacey Sams. Five grandchildren:
Jaylen, Jadai, Fred, Jr., Jimmy, and Zariah. A host of nieces,
nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and godchildren.
As well, she leaves to lament (another beautiful friendship
made in heaven), sister-cousin, Carolyn Robinson, who was
always there (with Tammy) through thick and thin. Also a
