He was a faithful son who made his mother proud, a loving father who once built a playhouse from scratch for his children, an adoring husband whom his wife lovingly described as her best friend, and a protective brother who always looked after his sisters. On June 9, 2026, Timothy peacefully departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest after a lifetime of bringing comfort, laughter, and love to those fortunate enough to know him.He was preceded in death by his mother, Robbie Lee Carter; his father-in-law, Sherron E.
